These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rabbit (rabbt.site), a web app for deploying sites to Vercel, owned by Styps Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (No. 14183652) at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, UK. By accessing or using Rabbit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please stop using the service.

1. Services
Rabbit provides a platform for uploading projects (folder/ZIP) and deploying to Vercel. Features include framework detection, env vars, and (coming soon) custom domains on Pro. We rely on third-party services (Vercel, Stripe, Clerk)—your use is subject to their terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. To access Rabbit's services, you must create an account on rabbt.site (via Clerk authentication) using accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify us immediately at support@rabbt.site. To use deployment features, you must also create a free account on Vercel (vercel.com) and obtain a Vercel API token from your Vercel dashboard (Settings > Tokens). You will provide this token to Rabbit during setup to authorize integrations. You are responsible for the security of your Vercel account and token—Rabbit does not store the token long-term (it is used transiently for deployments and discarded afterward). Any misuse of your Vercel token or account is your responsibility, and we are not liable for issues arising from it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse (e.g., excessive requests). Upon suspension, you may lose access to your data, but we will retain it as needed per our Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. 14-Days Free Trial — unlimited deployments, 100MB, static sites and framework applications, env vars, priority support.
3.2. Free Forever: 10 deploys/month, 50MB limit, static sites only, no env vars.
3.3. Pro: $12/month (special; reg. $15)— unlimited deployment, 100MB, static sites and framework applications, env vars, priority support.
3.4. Payments via Stripe: Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime. Prices exclude taxes—you pay any applicable VAT.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1. Refunds: Refunds are available at our discretion and only for the Pro plan if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. Credit plan purchases are non-refundable. If you are more than 14 days into your Pro subscription, you cannot qualify for a refund. To request a refund, contact support@rabbt.site with your transaction details—we will process eligible requests within 7–14 days.
4.2. Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly Pro subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support@rabbt.site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months or after the 14-day Pro refund window. Credit plans do not auto-renew and cannot be canceled once purchased.

5. User Content and Responsibilities
You own your uploads/projects, but grant us a license to process them for deploys. Don't upload illegal/harmful content (e.g., malware, spam). Comply with Vercel's terms—we're not liable for their actions.

6. Intellectual Property
Rabbit and its code are our property (copyright Styps Ltd). You get a limited license to use the service. Don't reverse-engineer or copy.

7. Termination
We may terminate/suspend for violations (e.g., abuse). You can stop anytime. Post-termination, access ends; we retain data per Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Liability
Rabbit is "as is"—no warranties. We limit liability to fees paid in 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost data from Vercel issues). Force majeure applies.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes in London courts.

10. Changes
We may update Terms—continued use means acceptance. Check rabbt.site/terms.
